SWEDISH MASSAGE: is the most popular massage type, utilizing the following techniques—friction (rubbing), petrissage (kneading) and tapotement (rhythmic choppings)—for a truly relaxing spa treatment experience.
HOT STONE MASSAGE: helps melt away tension, ease muscle stiffness, and increase circulation and metabolism. Hot stones, when coupled with massage, also help to expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body.
AROMATHERAPY: A light, calming massage using a blend of tisserand oils, which works the whole body. This massage will treat all areas of the body most prone to stress and tension, such as the back, shoulders and neck, along with the upper and lower legs, arms and hands.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE is used for our clients to treat chronic pain and limited range of motion; improve posture, balance and movement; and help our athletes train.
